Enery Iglesias Halder, a 41-year-old British-Cuban entrepreneur, is a co-founder of Javaitas.

Born and raised in Havana, Enery has always been deeply connected to the rich culinary traditions and vibrant cultural heritage of her homeland.
Enery has dedicated herself to sharing the diverse and captivating cuisines of her homeland and the broader Latin American region with a wider global audience.

As a trained accountant by profession, Enery brings a keen eye for numbers and a strategic mindset to the business, while her passion for food, music, dance, and the great outdoors fuels her vision for Javaitas.

Anisleidy Perez Fuentes

Anisleidy Perez Fuentes, a 41-year-old Cuban national, is a co-founder of Javaitas.

With over 20 years of experience as an economist and quality/environmental auditor, she has dedicated her career to driving positive change and improving the lives of those around her.

Frustrated by the lack of convenient access to healthy, restaurant-quality food in everyday settings like offices, hospitals, and the hospitality sector, she recognised an opportunity to revolutionise the way people consume nutritious meals, leveraging the recent advancements in hot food vending machine technology.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Anisleidy is a passionate advocate for personal development and market research.

Lidice Cisneros Iglesias

Commercial Manager

Lidice Cisneros Iglesias, a 48-year-old Cuban national, is an experienced commercial specialist with over 15 years of experience in the realm of foreign trade.

Her ability to navigate the complexities of international markets have positioned her as a key player in Javaitas’ commercial success. She has a keen eye for identifying lucrative opportunities and a knack for forging strategic partnerships, which will aid in driving the company’s continued growth and expansion.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lidice has a love for music, cuisine, dance, and cooking.

Sumon Halder

Operations Manager

As director of Halder Developments Ltd, he oversees sustainable housing projects with a focus on quality and design.

Before transitioning into property development, Sumon had a successful career as a medical doctor in the NHS, serving from 2004 to 2014.

Sumon’s extensive, wide-ranging experience in overseeing complex projects both within and outside property development makes him well-suited to excel in an operations management role at Javaitas.

Born and raised in Halifax, England, Sumon is a passionate automobile enthusiast and an avid amateur photographer.
